A home for every export

Finishing a photo should not depend on whether you want to put it in Apple Photos right away. Sometimes you are ready to share. Sometimes you want to sit with the edit, compare a few versions, or come back when the caption is ready.

The TMPLT Library gives every finished export a home inside the app. Save a copy to Photos when you want one, or keep the work close in TMPLT until you are ready for the next step.

The Library lives on your device. There is no account to create and no connection required, and your source photos do not need to be uploaded to use it. Your work is there when you are offline and stays under your control.

Open an item to see the finished images, share them again, or save them to Photos later. You can also see how much space the Library is using and remove individual items—or clear everything—when you decide you are done with them.

A carousel is one piece of work, even though it contains several images. The Library keeps multi-page exports together as a set and preserves their order. You can move through the pages, share them, and recognize the project as one item instead of hunting through a run of nearly identical thumbnails.

Single-image exports stay simple. Both kinds appear in your recent work, with a separate Sets view when you want to narrow things down.

Photography rarely moves in a straight line from edit to post. A finished image might be shared immediately, held for a series, sent to a collaborator, or revisited a week later. The Library keeps those options open without asking you to start the edit again.

We think the moment you finish should feel calm and uncomplicated. Your work is there, your pages are together, and the next move is yours.
