No Text Appearing on Templates
TMPLT is designed to pull metadata from photos and embed them into your images with aesthetic templates. If no text appears on your template, your photo may not contain the metadata TMPLT is looking for.
Solution
To check if your photo has metadata, open it in Apple Photos and tap the info icon (ⓘ) to see what data is available. Photos taken with the iPhone camera typically include location, date, and basic camera info. Photos from dedicated cameras may include more detailed EXIF data like ISO, aperture, and shutter speed.
Where Are My Edited Photos?
By default, TMPLT saves your images directly into your photo library. After exporting, you should see your new templated image in your Photos app.
Solution
If your photos aren't saving, it's likely a permissions issue. TMPLT needs write access to your photo library. If you previously denied this permission, the easiest fix is to uninstall and reinstall the app, then grant permission when prompted. Alternatively, you can go to Settings > TMPLT and enable photo library access.
